Children’s Ministries

Sunday Morning : Age appropriate Sunday School classes all meet beginning at 9:45 AM.

  • Nursery
  • 2’s & 3’s class
  • 4’s & 5’s class
  • 1st & 2nd grade class
  • 3rd-5th grade class

During the Worship service, children K5-4th grade join us for the first half of the hour together, then they have the opportunity to go to our Children’s Church.  They will be provided time to play some games, work through a challenging lesson together and watch videos relevant to the day’s message.  They’re always eager to go to Children’s Church, and there’s never any doubt why they enjoy it so much!

Sunday Nights:

Childcare up through 4 years old provided in the Children’s Nursery area.

For older children up through 5th grade, we have TEAMKID.   TeamKID is designed for Kids in Discipleship! It features Bible memory games and application of Bible truths, engaging missions videos and activities, and fun activity-based learning all while helping your kids grow to be more like Jesus.

Wednesday nights:

We begin each Wednesday night with a family supper at 5:45 PM in the Fellowship hall (in building 2), and children eat free!

6:30 PM-7:30 PM (Babies- Kindergarten)

Our littlest people go to Mission Friends on Wednesday nights.  From babies to kindergartners, Mission Friends provides the building blocks of faith and a basic awareness of God’s love for all people. They meet upstairs in the education space behind the sanctuary (Building 3).

6:30 – 7:30 PM Ladies (1st-5th Grade)

Girls in Action (GA) is a missions discipleship organization for girls in grades 1 through 5. Through GAs, our girls will learn about, pray for, give to, and do missions work. They also make new friends and have lots of fun!  They stay busy throughout the year with sleepovers, mission projects, trips to Camp Mundo Vista, hosting a Princess Ball, and SO MUCH more!

6:30 – 7:30 PM Gentlemen (1st-6th Grade)

Royal Ambassadors (RA) is a missions discipleship organization for boys in grades 1–5. Through hands-on activities that encourage spiritual growth, games and sports, and mentoring relationships with RA leaders, RA members become a faith-based brotherhood.  Our RA’s have been on father/son camping trips, helped with various mission projects, hosted a county-wide Pine car derby race each year, as well as hosting our Hamlet City employees each year for an annual appreciation breakfast!
